Privacy policy

This policy explains what information SwipeUp collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have over how it is used.

01

Information we collect

Business information you give us when you enquire or onboard: name, company, email, phone, industry and details about how you sell.

Applicant information processed on behalf of our lending partners when a customer applies for financing through a merchant, including identity and contact details and the information needed for a credit decision.

Technical information collected automatically, such as device type, browser, pages visited and approximate location derived from IP address.

02

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, onboard merchants, operate the financing flow, and route applications to the right lending partners.

To keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

To improve the product and, where you have opted in, to send relevant updates about SwipeUp. You can unsubscribe at any time.

03

Sharing

We share application information with lending partners so they can make a credit decision and fund approved loans. Each partner handles that information under its own privacy policy.

We use service providers for hosting, analytics, email and support. They may only process information on our instructions.

We never sell personal information.

04

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences and understand how the site is used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

05

Keeping information safe

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are monitored for unusual activity.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.

06

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing.

To make a request, email hello@swipeup.pro. We may need to verify your identity before we act.

07
